William E. Feley - President

As President, Mr. Feley's vision has positioned the company as a leader in developing proven programs for clinicians across the country. His unique background as a healthcare professional over the past 15 years has helped bridge the gap between technology and clinical applications for the physician.

Mr. Feley's guidance allowed Rehab Management Group to enhance physician's outcomes, improve treatment regimens and guide a team of experienced professionals to work directly with the physician. Dr. Mark W. Lee - Research and Development

In guiding physicians to evaluate existing and potential new opportunities, one must be able to communicate the practicalities and realities of "practice enhancement" from a physician's point of view.

Dr Lee's vast clinical experience over the past 20 years provides a solid foundation of professional knowledge. His understanding of the challenges that physicians face in today's competitive environment has guided Rehab Management Group's broad range of effective programs and business solutions.

Michael Sloniewsky - Vice President

Mr. Sloniewsky has been an executive in the healthcare industry for the past 16 years. He has served in several different capacities with both public and private healthcare companies. Mr. Sloniewsky has completed advanced studies in healthcare business, and brings this combination of expertise and experience to help RMG Clients build better practices, and more successful businesses.

Rebecca Stonecipher R.NCS.T, CNCT

Rebecca Stonecipher  R.NCS.T, CNCT

Since training is such a critical function of Rehab Management Group's services, you can be assured that our technicians are experienced and have the professional skills to accomplish our goals - Provide Quality Training.

Ms. Stonecipher is Board Certified and has over 25 years of experience working in both the hospital and private practice environment. She has extensive knowledge of neuroanatomy and physiology with a solid background in orthopedics and pain management. She has also trained and performed EEG, Somatosensory Evoked Potential on a regular basis in her career.

Ms. Stonecipher enjoys teaching EDX Medicine to others. She remains in constant contact with the technicians trained in your office and is only a phone call away to answer any questions they may have.

As head of the EDX Department, Ms Stonecipher is a dedicated professional who is committed to providing continuity of services.

Kristy Padgett, CNIM - EDX/IOM Technologist

Kristy Padgett, CNIM

Kristy Padgett, CNIM, has been in the field of neurophysiology for 8 years. She received her undergraduate degree in biology and chemistry from Francis Marion University and a second degree in education from the University of Iowa. Mrs. Padgett then completed further study and clinical training at Vanderbilt University prior to receiving her license as a clinical neurophysiologist. She worked for numerous years in the operating room as a neurophysiological monitor during orthopedic and neurosurgery procedures and also has experience in pediatrics and trauma.

Melanie Hintz RT (R)

Melanie Hintz RT (R)

Ms. Hintz is a registered technologist with an associate degree from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in Conway, SC and a Bachelors degree from Brigham Young University, Provo, UT in Education. She has consistently made the Dean's List and been the recipient of several awards, including the Marilyn M. Fore Award for Academic Excellence and the James Carlisle Hewitt, M.D. Award for Exceptional Merit and Most Outstanding Radiography Student. She has over 15 years experience working in hospitals and in private practice, also serving as a clinical instructor for students of MedVance school of Radiologic Technology in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Ms Hintz memberships include:

  • ASRT The American Society of Radiologic Technologists

Ms. Hintz has extensive knowledge in the field of x-ray, with a background in orthopedics and pain management. Her career has allowed her to work in a variety of settings all over the United States. She enjoys working with health care professionals and helping them to acquire skills that will advance careers and improve working environments and practices.

Dr. Thomas Zizic, M.D. - Medical Advisor for Bionicare

For the past 31 years, Dr Thomas Zizic has served as Associate Professor of Medicine at The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.  He also is an attending physician at The Good Samaritan Hospital in Baltimore Maryland.

Since 1975 Dr Zizic has also served as Consultant, Advisor, Medical Director, Officer and Board Member for over 40 Private, Public companies and served on multiple Medical Committees in many capacities. Dr Zizic current focus and history as past President, CEO and Co-founder of BioniCare Medical Technologies Inc and as Consultant to VQ OrthoCare is a crucial component and part of the OsteoArthritis Centers of America program for treatment of OsteoArthritis.  Dr Zizic’s career has included publication of over 56 Articles, 55 Abstracts and over 26 Book Chapters and Selections.

Dr Zizic attended University of Wisconsin for undergraduate studies and received his Medical Degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 1965; he also completed his Residency there in 1967. Following this was a brief Military Service in San Antonio, School of Aerospace Medicine.  He returned to The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine to complete a Fellowship in Internal Medicine with the Connective Tissue Division in 1971. From 1971 through 1973 Dr Zizic completed his Post-Doctoral Fellowship with The Arthritis Foundation and was an Instructor in Medicine at The John Hopkins School of Medicine.  Dr Zizic then continued as Assistant Professor of Medicine at The University of Maryland School of Medicine from 1973-1981 and held the same position at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine from 1975-1981.  In 1981 Dr. Zizic became Associate Professor of Medicine.  

Dr Zizic has received numerous Honors during his long career including Founding Fellow, American College of Rheumatology and Memberships in Professional Societies such as; American Rheumatism Association, District of Columbia Rheumatism Association, The Johns Hopkins Hospitable Medical Society, Arthritis Foundation (Maryland Chapter) where he served as Vice President, Medical & Scientific Committee, Professional Education Committee, Maryland Society of Rheumatic Diseases as  President, Arthritis Alert, State of Maryland as Chairman and the State Commission on Arthritis and Related Disease as Chairman.

Dr Zizic’s experience as a clinician, professor, leader and successful business man is an invaluable resource, providing the professional expertise needed to succeed in today’s Health Care environment.

Dr. Cynthia Tainish - Adult Neurologist

Cynthia Tainish

Dr. Cynthia Tainsh is an Adult Neurologist with a special interest in neuromuscular disease and the peripheral nervous system. She grew up in New England and graduated from Brown Medical School in 1983.

Dr Tainsh completed her Residency in Neurology at the Harvard-Longwood Area Neurology Training Program. Her next goal was a Clinical Fellowship and Board Certification in Electrodiagnostic Medicine from Harvard Medical School at Massachusetts General Hospital in 1988. She and her family then moved to Central Florida where she continues to practice today.

Dr. Tainsh has always enjoyed teaching as much as she does patient care. She believes that by applying the electrodiagnostic study as an extension of their neurological examination, physicians can provide a more rapid and accurate diagnosis for their patients. RMG’s extensive educational materials, seminars and training sessions make it possible for the physician to provide highly focused and well performed studies, which make a valuable contribution to patients’ differential diagnoses and treatment plans.

As a clinician and lecturer, Dr Tainsh has a long history of patient care and her understanding of Electrodiagnostic Medicine provides RMG and our clients with a solid foundation of experience to guide the physician in development of their individual EDX programs.

Dr. Kirk J. Mauro - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Kirk J. Mauro

Dr. Mauro received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Pittsburgh. He is currently the Founder and Director of Medical Rehabilitation Specialists in Tallahassee, Florida. He is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and has been a member of The American Academy of Electrodiagnostic Medicine for the past the past 17 years.

Dr Mauro has extensive experience as an Independent Consultant and provides counsel to a variety of healthcare related industries. He was awarded “Medical Director of the Year” in 1995 by HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital of Tallahassee where he continues in that role today.

Dr. Mauro holds certifications from the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners and the Academy of Disability Evaluating Physicians. His current responsibilities include treatment for both his office and hospitable patients and providing independent medical evaluations and medical-legal consultations for the community.

Dr. Lisa Banchik - Adult Neurologist

Lisa Banchik

Dr. Banchik is a practicing Adult Neurologist. She has extensive experience in Neurodiagnostics and patient care.

Dr. Banchik has been in practice since 1991. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Comprehensive Medical Rehabilitative Society and has also served on the Professional Advisory Board of the Epilepsy Society. She is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association, and the Florida Association for the Study of Headache.

Dr. Banchik has had extensive training in the pharmacology of pain medications, participates in drug studies, and presents lectures to other physicians on various topics, including pain management, headaches, and associated mood disorders.

Dr. Banchik is an interpreting physician for our Neurodiagnostic overread services.

Dr. Michael P. Martire - Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation

Michael P. Martire

Dr. Martire received his medical degree from the University of Illinois and completed his residency at Rush- Presbyterian – St Lukes Medical School in Chicago, Illinois. He also advises at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine as a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department.

Dr. Martire is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and is a Board Certified member of the American Board of Pain Medicine. His additional credentials include Board Certification by the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine in 1994 and recertification in 2004.

Dr. Matire founded the Spine and Pain Center, P.C. in Bismarck, North Dakota where he is President and Medical Director. His practice focus is outpatient evaluation and treatment of acute and chronic musculoskeletal pain, industrial injuries, and sports related injuries, neuromuscular disease, spine disorders and treatment of osteoarthritis patients.

Dr. Martire’s experience as Professor, Lecturer and Clinician offer multiple levels of expertise in EDX Medicine. His expertise evaluating radiculopathies, peripheral entrapments neuropathies, plexopathies peripheral neuropathies, neuromuscular disease and diabetic nerve monitoring is invaluable to our clients.

Diagnosis and treatment planning are taught and applied in Dr. Martire’s clinic applications on a daily basis. RMG is proud to have him as a member of our team to assist physicians in expanding their clinic's services.
